Motorola Droid Bionic appears on Verizon website
Posted in category: Android Products at: December 5, 2011 by engkusplusVerizon customers have been waiting for Motorola Droid Bionic since it was introduced back in January at CES. Finally, a tipster for Android Central were able to capture a webpage at “Droid does.com” what he calls an early version of the page of Motorola Droid Bionic which is set to go live in first week of August. Along with an image of Droid Bionic the page suggested a $299 price tag with 2 years contract. It turns out the image is not an actual Motorola Droid Bionic (see actual device here) but a combination of few devices done in photoshop (Motorola Droid Bionic logo on the bottom right corner of the image, looks misaligned and plain blurry, the homescreen has been altered and misplaced)
Maybe it was just an exercise of preparing the webpage which should get fixed once the actual page go live. But it seems Verizon will stick with the $299 price tag. The Specs should remain same – a 4.3-inch pentile touchscreen at qHD resolution, TI OMAP 4430 dual-core processor at 1GHz, 1GHz DDR2 RAM clocked at 1066 MHz, support for Motorola Webtop OS (previously seen with Atrix 4G), 8MP rear camera, 2MP front-facing camera.
Yesterday Motorola Droid Bionic also got listed on latest Netflix Update indicates we are getting closer to Droid Bionic launch.
